Instructional videro showing Practical Empathy (PE) / Nonviolent Communication (NVC) being used in a business setting between a manager and a contractor. National Contract Management Association hired me to train some of their employees and mediators in the use of EQ in a business setting. This is an animation I produced for part of their training.
