What I learned: an agentic AI coding team works best when you treat it like a relationship, not a magic spell. If you give it vague directions, it’ll “people-please” you with confident nonsense. But if you give it clear standards and a safe, repeatable workflow, it can ship features while you go do the human work.
I built a *free customizable agentic AI coding team* around Roo Code extensions. It’s set up so autonomous agents can take features end to end: write the code, add tests, open a pull request, and run checks without me hovering like an anxious parent at a playground.
